Hello Everyone,
Just a quick update, we will be closed Tues. Feb 1st. due to bad weather. In an effort to keep people off the dangerous roads we have canceled classes.
Please check back tomorrow for more updates and to see how the weather affects Wed. classes.
Black Belt Candidates should still be doing their push ups and leg lifts! Daily progress towards long term goals, that's the key to success!
